So for the meal plan...
Simply choose one of the recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert.
Yep, it's that easy.
Or you can do what I love doing and make some of the breakfast recipes for dinner.
It's really up to you.
In order to get the best possible results, the only "rule" is...
Only eat when you're hungry.
If you had a big breakfast, don't force yourself to eat a big lunch.
If you're not hungry in the morning, don't think you "have to" eat breakfast.
Listen to your body.
These meals will fill you up...
So you'll probably find yourself eating less than normal.
Otherwise, pick whatever recipes you want...
Eat when you're hungry...
And if you have leftovers, save them for another meal.
Plus, here's a little secret...
Because the ice cream recipes are so filling...
I sometimes have a small dinner, or skip dinner entirely, and have the ice cream instead.
That's 100% allowed on this "diet".
